1. Return Eligibility

Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Items that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted.
2. Store Credit & Exchanges

All approved returns are issued as store credit (no refunds).

We do not process direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or style, you can place a new order using your store credit.
3. Sale Items & Gift Cards

Sale items, discounted products, and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
4. Defective or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item and include photos for verification.

Once approved, you may choose between a replacement (if available) or a refund to your original payment method.
5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

If a prepaid return label is provided, the cost will be deducted from your store credit.
6. Processing Time

Once we receive and approve your return, please allow up to 5-7 business days for your store credit or refund (if applicable) to be processed.
7.Refund Policy for PRE-ORDERS
- If your order has not been dispatched after the stated 4–6 week production timeframe, you may request a refund or choose to continue waiting.
- Change-of-mind cancellations cannot be processed during the 4–6 week production period, as all pre-order items are made to order.
- Refunds for delays can only be requested after the full 6-week window has passed.
