Shipping Policy:

Processing Time

  • All orders take 1–3 business days to process before shipping.

  • Please note: processing time does not include shipping time.

Shipping Times

  • Ireland: 3–5 business days

  • United Kingdom: 3–7 business days

  • Europe (outside Ireland/UK): 3–10 business days

  • International: 3–10 business days

All orders are shipped with tracked delivery and will require a signature upon arrival.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping details before completing your order. If you entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately — we may be able to update it before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot make changes, and we are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages caused by incorrect addresses.

Customs & Duties

Please note: depending on your location, you may be responsible for any import taxes, duties, or customs fees charged by your country. These are not included in your order total and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.

Delays Disclaimer

Delivery times are estimates. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur during busy seasons, holidays, customs inspections, or due to courier disruptions. Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we cannot be held responsible for delays outside of our control.

Return and Refund Policy:

We want you to be completely happy with your order. Please read the details below before making a return or exchange.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Items that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted.

2. Store Credit & Exchanges

  • All approved returns are issued as store credit (no refunds).

  • We do not process direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or style, you can place a new order using your store credit.

3. Sale Items & Gift Cards

  • Sale items, discounted products, and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

4. Defective or Damaged Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item and include photos for verification.

  • Once approved, you may choose between a replacement (if available) or a refund to your original payment method.

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • If a prepaid return label is provided, the cost will be deducted from your store credit.

6. Processing Time

  • Once we receive and approve your return, please allow up to 5-7 business days for your store credit or refund (if applicable) to be processed.
